Dedicated, reliable, and deeply passionate about real estate, Ned Gardner is a third-generation real estate agent and lucky enough to share the office with his father Peter Gardner. Backed by a certificate 4 in building and construction (builders license) and being a qualified carpenter, Ned can assist both sellers and buyers when it comes to any real estate transaction. Known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceeding client expectations, Ned sets a high standard in the industry.
Ned is easy to identify with his energy, passion and love for the local area which is reflected in his everyday real estate activities. Having been assigned the role of Marketing Manager for MidCoast Real Estate for his first year in the industry, Ned has progressed to Sales Agent and is building an impressive resume of clients in his short career.
Living local most of his life, Ned went to Kiddies Hut Preschool in Diamond Beach, Hallidays Point Public School and attend Tuncurry High School. Ned was also a member of the Black Head surf club, played cricket for both Nabiac and Hallidays Point, played rugby league from the age of 6 for the Forster-Tuncurry Hawks, represented Forster-Tuncurry in touch football and is currently a member of the Forster-Tuncurry Dolphins Rugby Union Club.
